  Venture Royal Square, nestled in the heart of York, Pennsylvania, began as a creative collaboration between three passionate friends who shared a deep love for nature, color, and texture. Today, the gallery is thoughtfully run by JoAnne Schiavone, who continues the original vision while bringing her own vibrant energy to the space.

  Under JoAnne’s direction, Venture remains dedicated to celebrating the diverse talents of local and regional artists. The gallery features a curated selection of work from creators who live and make art in York and the surrounding areas, offering visitors a place to experience fresh perspectives, meaningful craftsmanship, and a strong sense of community connection.

     Located in the Royal Square Arts District, our gallery is deeply connected to the neighborhood’s rich cultural tapestry. Many of our collections draw inspiration from nature, bringing the beauty and serenity of the outdoors into the space through vibrant color, organic forms, and tactile experiences that engage the senses. We take pride in actively participating in the York community through events, workshops, and creative collaborations. With regularly changing exhibits, Venture remains a dynamic and ever-evolving destination. Beginning in September 2025, we will also offer a variety of art classes led by our talented team, and continue to build meaningful partnerships with local businesses and organizations throughout Royal Square.
